I've always been very interested in muscle tone, but I was always a skinny kid with a little bit of muscle, so it was time I added a little bit of muscle. I'm already getting a bit of a big butt, but there's enough lean flesh in my stomach to gain some muscle, Squat. I will also add a small amount of protein to my diet each day. These are going to be the easy protein shakes to ensure my body recovers when my first workout is completed and make sure I have a quick energy.
